  • Working with the sales team to follow up the customer.
  • Providing a quick response to customer questions to resolve their problems effectively.

Tasks and function
  • E-mails, calls (respond to various requests from customers, salespeople, internal services).
  • Management of orders from registration to invoicing.
  • Customer relationship management: email, phone
  • Checking the availability of products and production in connection with the different storage sites
  • Monitoring deliveries in conjunction with carriers
  • Claims management
  • Monitoring payments in collaboration with accounting department
  • Interface between the different contacts (customers, sales, logistics, accounting, production & quality, marketing, etc.)
  • Provides additional commercial support for order management.
