Description

As Customer Quality Technical Support you will cooperate in supporting the Customer Quality Manager on defining and specifying activities, processes and standards to fulfil the quality requirements for our product.
Our product portfolio is various and includes CT (current measurement transformers), VT (voltage measurement transformers), Compass and PASS (hybrid multifunctional modules, gas insulated but with air output via bushings).

How you´ll make an impact

  • Support the customer quality team and other corporate functions to find a solution for customer complaints cases (internal and external)

  • Participate to daily customer first meetings

  • Support in driving the customer quality progress, early warning and escalate key issues to the next level

  • Prepare investigation report and RCA analysis

  • Propose improvements projects based on quality issue to reduce the warranty cost

  • Support the quality team in increasing the efficiency and continuous improvements including analysis methods and reporting methodology

Your background

  • Technical diploma

  • Preferred previous experience (2-3 years) in electrical, mechanical, or other related technical area. Field service experience will be preferred in the selection of the candidate.

  • Structure thinking, collaborative and oriented to improve the reliability of the products

  • Able to handle different tasks and excellent communication skills to relate to customers and other functions

  • Fluent in Italian and English

  • Available for business trips
