Your Responsibilities

  • Monitoring the quality of error reports from the service department, including their systematic evaluation and analysis
  • Oversight of the handling of service-related complaints using the 8D methodology
  • Training service staff on quality-related topics and specific customer requirements
  • Providing operational support to service personnel in managing customer complaints
  • Active involvement in the continuous development of products and the optimization of business processes
  • Assisting in the creation and maintenance of service instructions

Your Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduation from a technical high school or a degree in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, or a comparable field
  • Several years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Knowledge of quality assurance methods and tools (e.g., 8D, process approval, statistical process control)
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., 5S, the 7 types of waste, PDCA)
  • Basic understanding of risk management (e.g., FMEA) and project management is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken; knowledge of German is a plus
