Customer Quality Assurance Manager

Fulltime : Treviso, Italy

Role and responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Customer Quality Assurance Manager to lead our European customer quality operations from our Treviso office.

This is a key management position overseeing a team of 5 quality professionals, responsible for ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction across our lighting driver power supply business throughout Europe.

Activities
Europe Region Customer Complaint Management
  • Coordinate and resolve technical customer complaints in a global company, providing expert technical support and maintaining excellent customer communication throughout the resolution process.
Manage warranty claims and Technical Analysis & Reporting
  • Lead the team in conducting comprehensive technical analysis of returned products and preparing detailed technical reports for customer reference.
  • Negotiate and handle costs related to on‑site product replacements, ensuring cost‑effective solutions while maintaining customer relationships.
Cross‑functional Leadership
  • Drive internal resources across multiple departments to respond effectively to customer needs, ensuring timely solutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to prevent quality issues; Establish and monitor quality KPIs and metrics to track customer satisfaction trends.
Quality Improvement Initiatives
  • Proactively drive quality improvement measures and participate in evaluating market and internal quality risks.
Process Improvement
  • Assist in implementing quality improvement measures during complaint handling processes and drive proper execution within the organization.
Skills needed
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical / electronic engineering, quality management or related technical field or higher.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer quality management, preferably in the lighting or electronics industry.
  • Demonstrated problem‑solving abilities and customer‑centric mindset.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop a team.
  • Experience with quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong technical background in power electronics or LED driver technology.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, additional European languages a plus.
  • Experience working with international colleagues.
  • Drive internal resources across multiple departments to respond effectively to customer needs, ensuring timely solutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels; while fostering alignment among internal stakeholders.
  • Effectively bridging cultural and communication differences and demonstrating strong leadership to ensure initiatives are successfully executed.
