Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences in the education sector? A leading global education brand and publisher is looking for a proactive Customer Experience Executive to join their dynamic team supporting schools across the EMEA region. The role offers fully remote working based in-territory, and can be based in Spain, Italy, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Jordan or Kenya. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring customers (international schools) achieve maximum value from the company’s digital learning / EdTech solutions. From personalised onboarding to ongoing support and curriculum-based training (including the IB), you’ll act as a trusted advisor to educators, helping them embed and engage with the classroom tools effectively.
