We are currently expanding our customer engagement team in Italy and are looking for strong customer service specialists who want to be part of the revolution in creating sustainable and traceable supply chains in the fashion and textile industry. We are looking for high achievers who are passionate about working at the intersection of sustainability and technology and are keen on driving change in the fashion textile industry; team players and leaders who stay ahead of the curve when it comes to delivering customer excellence.
You will play a key role in training and on‑boarding the suppliers and providing support wherever necessary, ensuring the end‑to‑end management of the traceability programs with our global brand accounts of Brands and Retailers based in Italy.
You will be required to revise and translate documents. You will be required to collaborate closely with global project managers and other project team members. The ability to build strong customer relationships with people from diverse business and cultural backgrounds is a key prerequisite. Strong communication skills & willingness to listen with an open mind will be key to succeed in this role.
You would also be collaborating internally with the product team, providing inputs from the users to improve the product.
