Descrizione del lavoro

Adecco Italia S.p.a, Milano – Contact Center – is recruiting part‑time Customer Care and Back Office agents to support an automotive client located in Vimodrone. The role requires excellent English, good communication skills, and the ability to manage telephone interactions with customers. Candidates should also be comfortable using computer tools and preferably have prior experience in customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound customer calls and support inquiries via telephone.
  • Manage back‑office tasks, including processing information and complaints from fleet services managers for clients that lease vehicles to their internal staff.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to service quality improvements.
Qualifications
  • Excellent English – advanced level.
  • Strong communication and telephone handling skills.
  • Experience with customer service tools (sms, web meeting, email, chat).
  • Basic technical proficiency with office software.
Work Schedule & Location

– Part‑time: 6 hours per day.
– Shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
– Main office: Vimodrone (Milano), reachable by public transport (MM Cologno Sud).
– Flexibility: after an initial training period, employees can work smart‑working most days, with 6 in‑office days per month.

Compensation & Contract

– CCNL Telecomunicazioni, 3rd level.
– Fixed‑term contract with potential extensions.
– Start date: 03/12/2025.
– Immediate availability required to begin work in December.
