Inbound Sales Tech Industry

Location : Remote in Portugal (Lisbon-based contract)

Full Relocation Support : available for candidates relocating from outside Portugal

Are you fluent in Italian and passionate about customer service and sales in the tech industry? Join a global leader in customer experience solutions and support one of the worlds top technology brands working fully remote from anywhere in Portugal.

Position Overview

Starting Date : 5 June 2025

Location : Lisbon (but position is remote must reside in Portugal)

Work Schedule : Monday to Saturday (including bank holidays), 08 : 00 to 19 : 00 (rotational shifts)

Days Off : Sunday + 1 rotational day

Work Model : Fully remote within Portugal

Contract Type : CDD 6-month fixed-term contract, renewable

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer contacts via phone, email, and chat

Provide guidance on products and services, including feature recommendations

Drive product sales through excellent service and needs-based promotion

Support customers through the purchase process

Meet sales goals while ensuring high customer satisfaction

Record all customer interactions and transactions in internal systems

Candidate Requirements

Native or C2-level Italian

Minimum B2-level English

Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

Sales or customer support experience is a plus

Comfortable with technology and digital tools

Must be based in Portugal and legally eligible to work

Availability to work rotational shifts

Compensation

Base Salary : Competitive salary(x14 months)

Performance Bonus : Up to 225 gross / month (paid over 12 months)

Meal Allowance : 7.23 per working day (via meal card)

Transport Allowance : 20 per month

Benefits

Health Insurance : Available from day 1 (monthly contribution required; becomes free after 6 months)

Reimbursement of Airfare : Up to 400 in economy class, paid at the end of the 6th month of contract

Relocation Support (for candidates outside Portugal) :

Room in a shared apartment for up to 12 months

Monthly rent : 280 (includes all utilities)

Rent deducted directly from salary
