DATA4 seeks a highly experienced Data Center Civils, Structural and Architectural (CSA) Lead to steer CSA design and construction across European campuses. You will shape standards, provide technical leadership, and oversee handover while aligning CSA with sustainability and client requirements.

In this role you’ll coordinate with internal teams and external consultants, ensuring governance, risk control and innovative solutions across multiple projects from concept to handover.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in design and construction of mission-critical facilities or data centres.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary design teams and managing external consultants.
• Experience with CSA design governance and technical assurance.
• English: Fluent.

Mansioni

• Act as the CSA engineering discipline owner across the Engineering organisation.
• Lead development and improvement of DATA4 CSA design standards across Europe.
• Define and maintain design principles, specs, and approved solutions for data centre developments.
• Provide technical leadership during feasibility and due diligence activities.
• Coordinate interfaces between architectural, civil, structural, M/E/P and commissioning disciplines.
