Harding+ is seeking a beauty expert to join our onboard teams on world-cruising itineraries. You’ll deliver personalized experiences, recommend products, and build rapport with guests from around the globe.

You’ll host beauty events, demonstrate products, and guide guests to the right purchases while thriving in a fast-paced shipboard environment. Accommodation and meals are provided, plus visa support and career growth.

Competenze

• Experience in beauty and a background in retail or sales in a customer-facing environment.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and guide customers toward the right purchase.
• Curious, open to feedback, and willing to step outside comfort zone.
• Willing to demonstrate products and support events.
