A leading luxury goods company in Milan is seeking a Marketing Support Assistant. You will provide operational support on the CRM platform, assist in creating marketing campaigns, and work collaboratively with the marketing team. Fluency in Italian and English, along with strong data analysis and communication skills, are essential. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to innovative marketing initiatives in the luxury industry.

How will you make an impact?

• Operational support in managing the CRM platform (Salesforce): verification, analysis, and control of the database to optimize marketing and clienteling activities.
• Assistance in preparing presentations for the Retail and CRM HQ Department.
• Support in creating email marketing campaigns for acquiring new customers and promoting products: target identification, DEM creation, journey management, results analysis, and reporting.
• Operational support in the organization and management of marketing events, co-marketing activities, and organizational secretarial activities in collaboration with the Team.

How will you experience success with us?

• Good knowledge of the Office 365 package.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud (or similar CRM platforms) is appreciated.
• Good knowledge of the main social networks.
• Good knowledge of Italian and English (professional level).
• Proactivity, flexibility, motivation, and passion for the luxury sector.
• Good data analysis skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
