About the Role

As a CRM Technical Lead, you will serve as the reference point and solution architect for CRM solutions, guiding Avanade teams and clients towards operational and technological excellence. Develop your leadership skills and contribute actively to our clients' success. Together, we do what matters.

Skills and Experiences

  • Extensive experience with Dynamics CRM platform, versions 2015 / 2016 / Online;
  • Proficiency in C# and .NET Framework (3.5+);
  • Experience with Windows Services, SQL Server, Reporting Services, SSIS;
  • Experience integrating CRM with Web applications (ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, Web Services, HTML5, JavaScript);

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications;
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written;
  • Experience managing development teams in complex projects;

About You

  • Analytical and passionate about technology, especially CRM;
  • Problem solver;
  • Team leader;
  • Experience managing global and offshore project teams;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
