As a CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist, you will be the architect of our lifecycle journeys and the technical driver of retention, nurturing, and conversion. You will design, implement, and scale omnichannel flows on HubSpot, orchestrating automations with Zapier / n8n (and similar) when needed. Your mission will be to build a measurable CRM engine that boosts LTV, conversion rate, and the end‑to‑end customer experience.
Design and maintain full‑funnel journeys (acquisition → onboarding → activation → retention → win‑back) on WhatsApp, email, and SMS, native in HubSpot. Define dynamic segmentations (behavioral, RFM, intent) and lead scoring (demographic + behavioral), with SLA MQL→SQL in collaboration with Sales. Plan and execute A / B and multivariate tests on messaging, timing, channels, and incentives to optimize conversion and LTV.
Design and develop workflows in HubSpot (Workflows, Sequences, Custom Properties / Objects, Deals / Pipeline automation). Orchestrate automations and integrations with Zapier and / or n8n using REST APIs and webhooks to synchronize CRM, data sources, and third‑party systems.
Build dashboards on key KPIs: deliverability, OR / CTR, stage‑based CVR, CAC payback, churn, LTV, retention cohorts. Integrate AI via APIs (OpenAI, Vertex AI) for content personalization, predictive scoring, conversation analysis, and next‑best‑action.
