We’re looking for a hands-on, data-driven CRM Manager to help us scale our outreach engine and bring the world’s best app developers into conversations with our acquisition team.

This is a fully remote role where data meets creativity - and where your words turn into real business impact.

What you’ll fit right in if you are a CRM Manager who combines operational precision with creative outreach and can own the end-to-end developer acquisition funnel.

What you’ll be doing

Outreach & Funnel Management

  • Build and manage a consistent pipeline of mobile app developers through structured outbound outreach.
  • Design, test, and iterate multichannel campaigns (email, LinkedIn messages, and other direct channels).
  • Write clear, natural, native-level English messages that drive engagement and trust.
  • Track, measure, and improve conversion rates across each funnel stage.
  • Ensure CRM accuracy and visibility by maintaining all leads and notes in Pipedrive.

Optimization & Analysis

  • Continuously analyze outreach performance and implement improvements.
  • Identify bottlenecks, test new approaches, and scale what works.
  • Deliver weekly reports on funnel status, metrics, and key insights.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Acquisition Team to align on lead quality and handover.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to refine targeting and messaging.
  • Share learnings and insights to improve the sourcing engine as a whole.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Native-level English, especially written.
  • 3+ years of experience in lead generation, deal sourcing, or outbound sales, ideally targeting our audience - mobile app developers and digital product founders.
  • Proven ability to write engaging, conversion-driven outreach messages.
  • Experience managing pipelines and reporting in Pipedrive.
  • Highly organized, methodical, and detail-oriented.
  • Hands-on, analytical, and eager to learn and improve.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Bonus points for: experience engaging app developers or founders; familiarity with the mobile app or SaaS ecosystem.

Lines of communication

  • Reports directly to the founders
  • Works closely with the Acquisition Leads and Marketing Team

  • A consistent flow of qualified developer leads entering intro calls.
  • Measurable improvements in response and conversion rates.
  • Clear, accurate Pipedrive pipeline with actionable insights.
  • Strong alignment and communication across the sourcing and acquisition team.
