A leading fashion consultancy in Milan is seeking an experienced CRM Manager to define and implement the CRM & Clienteling roadmap. The ideal candidate will oversee CRM and marketing automation, manage cross-functional initiatives, and drive client engagement strategies effectively. Candidates should have over 5 years of relevant experience in the fashion or luxury sectors, with strong communication and analytical skills. Competenze

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and implement the CRM & Clienteling roadmapin line with business priorities and brand objectives.

  • Oversee CRM and marketing automation programs, ensuring effective segmentation, targeting, and personalization.

  • Lead the rollout of the Clienteling Appand Personal Shoppermodel to elevate high-value client engagement.

  • Partner with Retail, Digital, and Marketing teams to deliver a consistent omnichannel experience.

  • Collaborate with Retail teams to connect CRM initiatives with in-store activations and physical client events.

  • Analyze customer data and performance KPIs to guide strategy and optimization.

  • Manage CRM platform evolution, vendor relationships, and governance standards.

  • Contribute to CRM reporting, insight generation, and strategic planning.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in CRM, customer marketing, or retention strategy, ideally in fashion, retail, or luxury.

  • Proven track record in managing CRM programs and Clienteling tools.

  • Strong analytical and strategic mindset with a data-driven approach.

  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

  • Fluent in English; Italian is a plus.

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM ecosystems preferred.
