Competenze

• Minimum 4 years of experience in IRB/IFRS9 model development or validation for retail portfolios.
• Solid background in quantitative risk modeling and regulatory compliance.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain AIRB and IFRS9 models across all project phases.
• Monitor model performance through backtesting and implement corrective actions.
• Support implementation and production deployment activities.

Conoscenze

Knowledge of EBA and IRB regulations

Data management and modeling tools (SAS, Python, MATLAB)

Ability to interact with senior management

Collaboration skills with internal stakeholders

Team coordination and time management

Fluent in English
