We Are Looking For

A Creative Director to lead and oversee all marketing and social media initiatives, shaping the brand identity and driving impactful creative campaigns across multiple platforms.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute marketing, branding, and social media strategies aligned with company objectives

  • Lead creative projects from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality outputs

  • Oversee social media channels, campaigns, and content creation

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver creative solutions

  • Mentor and guide the marketing and creative teams

  • Monitor industry trends and recommend innovative approaches to enhance brand presence


Qualifications & Requirements


  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Creative Director or senior creative role

  • Fluent in English at professional level

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating marketing campaigns, branding, and social media management

  • Preferably experience in real estate, lifestyle, or other high-end industries

  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing, branding, and design principles

  • Leadership, organizational, and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

  • Must be based in Bali and available to join immediately in January

  • References from previous employers or clients are preferred
