Your tasks, together with senior colleague

• Property management of part of DHL buildings portfolio
• Take care of the main legal deadlines of the portfolio, like the fire prevention certificates, coordinating all the stakeholders needed for the renewals
• Monitoring Lease expiring dates and define, together with colleagues the best strategy;
• Provide Real Estate scenarios, analysis and construction knowledge to support in his Real Estate Strategy
• Manage relationship with the landlords;
• Manage relationship with the main stakeholders of the real estate activities (Investors, Municipality and others authorities, Founds..);
• Support for the preparation of Business Cases (BCA) to ask for approval of buildings projects.
• Track progress on his projects, providing reports, updating the stakeholders and providing alternatives or risks mitigations, in case of need.
• Leverage global DHL guidelines to ensure standardized projects
• Cost and time monitoring
• Reporting
• Internal Tool update

Your profile:

• Surveyor certificate of maturity (or similar)
• Familiarity and curiosity in “Go Green” topics (Photovoltaic system, smart meters, led lighting, electrical vehicles recharging stations…)
• Knowledg of Autocad 2D
• Good Level of English.

The following skills would be an advantage:

• Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Good communication and influencing skills
• Willingness to travel
