A leading machinery manufacturer is looking for an HRBP to manage relationships with their key customers in Italy. The role involves regular visits to clients, updating customer data, and identifying new business opportunities. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of sales experience in construction machinery or cranes. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential, and candidates must be willing to travel extensively across Italy.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in sales of cranes, construction machinery, or lifting equipment.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Italy.

Mansioni

• Conduct regular visits to customers across Italy.
• Manage and update customer data in the CRM/database system.
• Develop public relations and maintain relationships with key customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and follow up on inquiries.
• Participate in the development of regional sales plans.
• Lead commercial negotiations for key projects.
