A leading renewable energy firm is seeking a Country Manager for Italy to oversee and grow its EPC business. This role requires more than 5 years of experience in the renewable sector, particularly in solar, with responsibilities including business development, project oversight, and managing multicultural teams. Candidates must possess a degree in Industrial, Civil, or Electrical Engineering and be fluent in Italian and English.
Please note: Our client is only able to consider candidates who have worked for an EPC company for this role and who have experience in Solar. Unfortunately, candidates with no EPC or solar experience cannot be considered.

They are looking for a Country Manager – Italy to lead and grow its EPC business in the Italian market. This role will oversee local operations, drive business development, manage projects, and lead multicultural teams, ensuring the company strengthens its presence and achieves its strategic objectives in Italy.
