Country Manager (Luxury Audio & Stage Equipment (Bang & Olufsen))

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Country Manager to lead our operations in Italy, including business development, office management and two premium retail stores. The ideal candidate has a strong background in luxury retail and high-end audio equipment, with in-depth knowledge of brands such as Bang & Olufsen, Devialet, Sonus Faber, McIntosh, or other premium AV and stage technology solutions.

This is a key leadership role responsible for driving business growth, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining the highest standards of brand presentation across all locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute commercial and marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives.
  • Drive sales performance while ensuring an exceptional luxury customer experience.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, designers, and partners in the luxury and professional AV sectors.
  • Lead and manage daily operations of the Italian office and retail stores.
  • Manage P&L, budgets, and operational efficiency.
  • Represent the company in Italy and liaise with European HQ for strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in luxury retail management or premium consumer electronics.
  • Proven leadership experience as Country Manager, General Manager, or Commercial Leader.
  • Strong knowledge of high-end audio/AV and ideally Bang & Olufsen products or similar brands.
  • Excellent commercial acumen and people management skills.
  • Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written).
  • Passion for design, technology, and exceptional customer service.
