We are currently looking forCountry Manager (Italy), the details Job responsibilities as below:

Who You Are:

The Country Manager (Italy) is responsible to achieve our commercial goals in the country of Responsibility by developing firm relations with dealers, improving dealers performance. Responsible for developing and communicating with potential dealership partners in the Country, understanding local laws, regulations, and the automotive market, negotiating business proposals, and facilitating the dealer network onboarding process; building the brand and developing the tools and services needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect market information in target country and prepare market analysis reports;
  • Achieve annual invoicing and retail sales targets within the assigned country;
  • Manage dealer and distributor operations and evaluate the implementation of business policies within the region; funnel Management KPIs of the assigned Dealer Network and create actionable improvement plans;
  • Handle and provide guidance on daily operational issues faced by local dealers;
  • Assist in brand marketing and promotional activities within the country;
  • Responsible for developing and following up on key accounts;
  • Complete other tasks assigned by the company and senior management.

What You Bring:

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in the Commercial Area at Motor companyNSC or OEM Headquarter.
  • Experience within automotive industry or mobility services.
  • Educational background in Business Administration, Marketing, or related education.
  • Customer-oriented mindset & Results oriented.
  • Excellent teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to prioritize and work proactively with efficient time management skills.
  • Great negotiation skills.
  • Fleet and B2B experience is required.
  • Excellent English & German language skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of commercial management software and digital tools.
