Accenture seeks a Specialista to support financial due diligence throughout the deal lifecycle, from evaluation to post-merger integration. You will collaborate with Corporate Development, Strategy, Finance, and Technology to assess financial risks and growth potential, shaping acquisition outcomes.

The role blends rigorous financial analysis with strategic insight to maximize value. You’ll engage across multidisciplinary teams and contribute to structured deal execution and integration efforts.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in financial due diligence or audit.
• Experience in big four firms or equivalent corporate setting.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong financial analysis skills and MS Excel proficiency.

• Support acquisitions from initial evaluation to closing and post-deal integration
• Collaborate with Europe Financial Due Diligence Lead and Corporate Development
• Analyze target firms' financial performance, profitability, and operational metrics
• Evaluate balance sheet components such as net working capital and net financial debt
• Identify financial risks and investigation needs during due diligence
• Provide insights on transaction structures, purchase price adjustments, and SPA negotiations
• Support integration activities to maximize value after acquisitions
• Work with Finance, Legal, Strategy, and Integration teams across functions
