Within the General Counsel Italy of Europ Assistance, reporting directly to the Head of Privacy & Corporate Affairs, we are looking for a Corporate Affairs Specialist.

These will be your main responsibilities:

  • Planning meetings of the Board of Directors, the Intra-Board Risk Committee, the Board of Statutory Auditors and the Shareholders of an insurance company and its subsidiaries.
  • Carrying out preparatory and follow-up activities for corporate body meetings, including compliance with civil and insurance regulatory obligations, and maintaining corporate records.
  • Managing the system of delegations and powers.
  • Providing consultancy and support in corporate governance and extraordinary transactions.

You will also have the opportunity to receive training in personal data protection and collaborate with the rest of the team on related activities.

You are the ideal candidate if you meet the following requirements (the first is considered a strong plus):

  • You have up to 2 years of experience in the Corporate Affairs departments of insurance companies or at law firms where you were directly involved in managing corporate obligations for insurance companies.
  • You are familiar with corporate law requirements under civil law and preferably with insurance regulations.
  • You hold a degree in Law.
  • You are fluent in English.
  • You consider yourself precise, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
  • You have excellent relational and negotiation skills.
