About the Role

In this position, you will handle food preparation for patients, staff and events.

Your vital duty will be crafting nutritious meals customised to dietary requirements, promoting recovery and health.

You will maintain food safety and quality, aligning with the Food Safety plan, HACCP standards and Hospital policy to contribute to healing.

Your Skills and Experience

• Certificate in Commercial Cooking
• Ability to cater to a wide variety of sensitive dietary requirements
• Must have a thorough understanding of allergy management practices
• Excellent work ethic and customer service skills
• Exceptional time management skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
