Responsibilities
  • Lead the Strategy to convert digital and retail prospects into active player.
  • Coordinate and improve all aspects of the entire registration process, including onboarding to boost conversion rates.
  • Define and lead all aspects of welcome offer mechanics, monitor performance, return on investment, and regulatory alignment.
  • Coordinate onboarding journeys and multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push) to drive first deposit and KYC completion.
  • Track important metrics throughout the conversion process, suggesting improvements guided by data analysis.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Tech, and Compliance teams to ensure seamless and compliant user journeys.
Qualifications
  • You have solid experience in CRM, digital marketing, or conversion strategy, ideally in regulated or high-complexity industry.
  • You possess strong analytical capabilities and are confident using data to evaluate funnel performance and optimize user activation.
  • You have experience in planning and implementing multi-channel onboarding campaigns and acquisition journeys.
  • You have excellent project management and coordination skills, working effectively with product, tech, and compliance teams.
  • You’re a confident communicator in both Italian and English, able to align cross-functional collaborators. You thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and can balance structure with adaptability.
  • You are proficient in both Italian and English.
  • You are willing to travel if required for business needs.
