Key Job Responsibilities
  • Deployment of data center controls on time, with effective management of vendors to ensure minimal defects at the Power and Facilities Hand-Off (PFHO).
  • Delivery of critical projects to upgrade data center automation.
  • Service and support to partner teams, diagnosing and resolving Loss of Visibility (LOV), Loss of Resilience (LOR), Large Scale Event (LSE), Critical Scale Event (CSE), and other operational events within predefined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Delivery of further initiatives to improve the efficiency of our data centers and our operational procedures.

About the Team

The Data Center Capacity Delivery Asia-Pacific Controls Deployment and Service (DCCD APAC CDS) team delivers and services the control systems that monitor and ensure the health of our data centers. APAC CDS covers six business domains: deployments, projects, service, colo, on‑call support, and management. We work in a competitive environment where evolving and innovating is key.

Basic Qualifications

• Controls system experience: building unified automated systems for enterprise‑level clients, consolidating equipment and subsystems with hardware, software, networking products from multiple vendors.

• Project management experience: ability to understand electrical/control diagrams and schematics, control panel Bill of Materials (BoM), inspection, testing and commissioning, managing project scope, schedule, cost, stakeholder expectations, vendor/sub‑contractors.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Critical environment experience.
  • Electrical or mechanical controls systems experience.
  • Controls construction / controls technology experience.
