Amazon.com AWS Data Center Engineering Operations is seeking a Controls Engineer for construction and building automation in Italy. You will deploy and maintain BMS/EPMS in AWS data centers, coordinating with DCEO teams to ensure high availability and resiliency of control systems.

The role requires a background in electrical/mechanical engineering, project management experience in data centers, and knowledge of electrical diagrams, control systems, and construction documentation.

Competenze

• Must have experience with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong background in power management and building automation systems.
• Experience reading electrical diagrams, control diagrams, and specifications.
• Knowledge of construction documentation, drawings and engineering standards.

Mansioni

• Understand electrical diagrams, control diagrams, and building operations to scope projects.
• Develop control panel BOMs and ISA data sheets for sensors and controllers.
• Prepare cable routing plans and schedules; read/interpret specifications.
• Perform inspections, testing and commissioning of facility systems; coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
