A global data center operator in Milan is seeking a Contracts Manager for a 12-month contract. You will manage all contract-related issues on site, ensuring compliance with FIDIC standards and collaborating with general contractors. The ideal candidate has a civil engineering background and experience with large-scale construction projects. Strong communication skills in English are mandatory, with Italian being a bonus.

Contracts Manager -Data centres - Milan - 12-Month Contract

Having received significant investment, this established data centre group is in their next phase of growth and require the expertise of an Contracts Manager. They have established partnerships with many of the well-known technology powerhouses and tailor to their client's requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage all contracts related issues on site
• Work to FIDIC standards (yellow and green book)
• Engage with general contractors, design and other project contributors
• Report into Director of Construction

Requirements

• FIDIC contract management background
• Site compliance experience
• Large scale multi-million dollar construction project experience
• Strong communication skills (English mandatory and Italian a bonus)
• Ability to live and work in Italy
• Civil engineering background
