A leading Italian ICT company is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee contract lifecycles and ensure compliance with EU regulations. This role requires a master’s degree and at least ten years of experience in contract management within banking or IT. The candidate must possess strong negotiation skills and a strong command of English. The position is based in Milan or Rome with frequent travel across Europe.

As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and monitoring contracts, ensuring compliance with EU procurement regulations, banking standards, and applicable regulatory frameworks. You will work closely with colleagues from Legal Services, Procurement, Information Systems, Risk Management, and Business Areas, as well as with external stakeholders and technology providers.
