CONTRACTS ANALYST

The role involves interpreting complex contracts, efficiently managing processes, and collaborating with sales teams to support business priorities while ensuring data quality in Salesforce.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the entire contract lifecycle, from data entry to reporting;
• Using tools such as Excel and Salesforce to create dashboards;
• Monitoring accounts;
• Analyzing data and supporting sales, legal, marketing, and finance teams;
• Participating in process improvement projects;
• Managing contract deadlines and supporting the preparation of quotes;
• Collaborating with various departments to ensure operational efficiency and data accuracy in company systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in business/technical field, or 5+ years of directly related work experience required;
• 2+ years in contract management with direct work within a contract lifecycle management program;
• Experience in Salesforce preferred, but not required;
• Experience in Excel;
• Strong background in a multi-discipline environment with the need for high flexibility;
• Ability to partner with key stakeholders in driving goals;
• Ability to efficiently and effectively handle multiple and shifting priorities;
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment;
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills and a strong attention to detail.
