A global logistics company in Novara is seeking an OMS Champion (Continuous Improvement Specialist) to enhance process efficiency and promote a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate should have a background in Engineering or Economics and at least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment. Proficiency in Excel and Power BI is essential. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth in a dynamic environment.

Competenze

• At least 2 years of experience in continuous improvement team in Manufacturing/Supply Chain Industry.
• Good knowledge of the main diagnostic tools and performance measurement.
• Good knowledge of English.

OMS Champion (Continuous Improvement Specialist)

We are looking for OMS Champion (Continuous Improvement Specialist) in Novara who have the drive to improve process, the passion for excellence and the enthusiasm for develop solution.

Responsibilities

• Spread and share the Lean mindset throughout the organization.
• Engage Site Leaders in OMS by training them and supporting the Site Management Team to establish and maintain an organization that delivers.
• Manage and support process improvement projects.
• Implement and monitor KPIs.
• Promote and convey continuous improvement tools.
• Manage continuous improvement opportunities, addressing necessary actions.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of Performance Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Economics or Master in Supply Chain.
• At least 2 years of experience in continuous improvement team in Manufacturing/Supply Chain Industry.
• Good knowledge of the main diagnostic tools, data analysis and performance measurement.
• Good knowledge of English.
• Ability to analyze processes and solve problems.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel, Power BI.
• Proactive personality, able to work in a team with good communication skills and a strong propensity for improvement.
