Carglass Italia cerca un/a Continuous Improvement Specialist per aumentare efficacia ed efficienza delle attività della Supply Chain, con conoscenza dei processi SC e dei sistemi IT correlati. Supporterà le aree operative con KPI, assicurando l'adozione delle Best Practice Belron SC in Italia e proponendo iniziative di miglioramento e contenimento costi.

Requisiti: laurea in economia/ingegneria, Lean Six Sigma, Excel avanzato, inglese fluente e capacità di lavorare in team internazionali.

Competenze

• Conoscenza approfondita di sistemi ERP e IT legati alla supply chain.
• Laurea in economia, ingegneria o equivalente.
• Certificazione Lean Six Sigma preferibile.
• Ottime capacità analitiche e di gestione del cambiamento.

Mansioni

• Migliorare l'efficacia ed efficienza delle attività della Supply Chain.
• Supportare le aree operative con report KPI e miglioramenti anno su anno.
• Garantire l'adozione delle Best Practice Belron SC in Italia.
• Proporre soluzioni per migliorare servizi e contenere i costi.
• Rafforzare le relazioni tra Supply Chain e altri reparti.
• Rappresentare Supply Chain in iniziative CSR.

Continuous Improvement Specialist

• To improve the effectiveness and efficiency of Supply Chain activities through in-depth knowledge of the SC processes and related IT systems.
• To support and give guidance to the Supply Chain operational areas including reporting of Key Performance Indicators with a view of year-on-year improvement.
• To ensure that the international Best Practices defined by Belron SC are effectively implemented in Italy. To contribute making Italian best practices known and appreciated internationally.
• To suggest possible solutions to the challenges received from the Operations and the market, providing valuable insight and improvement initiatives aiming to improve service and optimize costs
• To strengthen relationship between Supply Chain and other company departments, creating a collaborative culture
• To represent Supply Chain within initiatives in the Corporate Social Responsibilities area

Key Accountabilities And Responsibilities

• To improve the effectiveness and efficiency of Supply Chain activities through in-depth knowledge of the SC processes and related IT systems.

Skills, Experience And Qualifications

• Good knowledge of ERP systems and other IT Systems (WMS, TMS, DP tools, etc.)
• In-depth understanding of SCM & Logistics processes
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma (preferrable)
• Advanced MS-Office Skills
• B.Sc. in economics, engineering or similar
• Experienced in moderation of workshops and training of employees
• Excellent analytical capability
• Knowledge in leading teams through change
• Fluent English skills both written and spoken
• Ability to work within international/multinational teams
• Practical experience in Continuous Improvement

• Permanent employment contract, with a compensation package commensurate with experience and a gross annual salary (RAL) ranging between €40,000 and €45,000.
