A leading Italian company located in La Spezia is seeking a candidate to lead the Problem Solving program and support Lean Agile transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a BSc or MSc in Business or Engineering, proficiency in English, and a strong problem-solving mindset. Responsibilities include establishing a Process Management Framework, coordinating training and development across the organization, as well as working on continuous improvement projects in a collaborative environment.

Competenze

• Degree in Business or Engineering required.
• Experience with Lean and Project Management tools is a plus.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

Mansioni

• Lead the Problem Solving program using the A3 approach.

Main responsibilities

• Lead Problem Solving program to support areas on A3 approach
• Support Strategy cascading process and routines meeting development within departments (Hoshin Kanri approach)
• Establish Process Management Framework to support areas on continuous improvement initiatives
• Support in Lean Agile Transformation Framework implementation
• Support capability development at all organization levels coordinating trainings, certifications, workshops and giving inputs for the upskilling of leaders and specialists across the company

Requirements

• BSc or MSc University Degree (Business, Engineering)
• Openness to learn and desire to take up new challenges
• The ability to build reliable, interpersonal relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across entire organization
• Eagerness to share own knowledge
• Ability to work in a fast-changing environment and flexibility
• Ability to conduct presentations, workshops, trainings and public speaking
• Experience with process/performance indicators and process mapping
• Participation in continuous improvement and problem-solving projects or initiatives
• Problem solving mindset and knowledge of some tools and techniques (i.e.: Kaizen, PDCA, A3, 5Whys, 5W+1H, Ishikawa)
• Proficiency in English both speaking and writing

Nice to have

• Experience in Lean Management - Practical knowledge of Lean tools
• Lean, Project Management and Agile Certifications (Greenbelt, Blackbelt, PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, PgMP etc.) is a plus
• Agile knowledge (Familiarity with agile development methodologies like Scrum or Kanban)
• Jira proficiency (or willingness to learn)
• Previous experience as Lean specialist / CI specialist / Process optimizator / PM / Business Analyst/Process Analyst
• Analytical thinking skills
