Job summary

Alignerr is seeking Content Reviewers (AI Training) to evaluate AI-generated text across a wide range of topics. This is a fully remote, hourly contract role with 10–40 hours per week. No AI background required—just strong reading comprehension and a critical eye for quality.

You will read, assess, and provide structured feedback to ensure AI outputs are accurate, clear, and trustworthy, while working asynchronously on your own schedule.

What You'll Do

• Assess content for clarity, accuracy, tone, and overall quality

Who You Are

• Strong reading comprehension and written communication skills
• A natural eye for quality — you notice when something is off
• Able to evaluate content objectively and explain your reasoning clearly
• Comfortable working across a wide range of topics and subject areas
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and self-motivated
• No prior AI or content moderation experience required

Nice to Have

• Background in writing, editing, journalism, or content creation
• Experience in research, quality assurance, or critical analysis
