  • Develop and enforce visual guidelines and brand standards for all touchpoints, including product packaging, advertising, and digital content.
  • Collaborate with creative directors, marketing, merchandising and stylists to develop visual concepts and storytelling strategies.
  • Ensure all content reflects the brand’s aesthetic, voice, and seasonal themes.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet campaign deadlines.
  • Review, approve, and optimize content for quality, consistency, and brand alignment before publication.
  • Track performance metrics and engagement data to inform future content strategies.
  • Stay current on fashion trends, industry developments, and digital content innovations to keep the brand at the forefront of the industry.

  • Deep understanding of fashion photography, videography, styling, and visual storytelling.
  • Proficiency with content management tools, project scheduling software, and analytics platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Media, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience working with fashion brands, designers, or agency teams.
  • Familiarity with digital fashion marketing, social media platforms, and multimedia production software.

The full-time role is based in LaDoubleJ headquarters in Milan and requires a work permit for EU.
