Content editor - Founder's Personal Brand
Turn the founder’s raw footage and ideas into platform‑native content that positions him as a recognized voice in finance, investments, business, lifestyle, mobility and investment migration.
Think: the focus and cadence of top creator‑operators, minus the cringe.
What you’ll own
- Video post‑production:long‑form vlog/podcast/interview edits; 9:16, 1:1, 16:9 variants; sound cleanup; music and SFX; color; motion graphics; subtitles (burned‑in + SRT); thumbnails.
- Shorts engine:identify hooks, build punchy 30–90s clips, caption fast, design pattern interrupts, maintain per‑platform safe zones and export specs.
- Visuals:carousels, static posts, animated/static infographics, pull‑quotes, diagrams.
- Packaging:titles, descriptions, tags, chapters, UTM discipline, and basic SEO hygiene.
- Velocity + quality:ship fast without shipping junk. Build and maintain MOGRT/templates so the second month is twice as fast as the first.
- Social publishing & channel ops:own the day‑to‑day publishing calendar across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and X; schedule posts natively or via a tool; adapt copy, hashtags and thumbnails per platform; coordinate cross‑posting and repurposing without cannibalizing reach; manage end‑screens, cards, playlists, pin comments, and community posts.
- Analytics & reporting:monitor platform insights (retention curves, hook performance, CTR, RPM, watch time, profile visits, follows); run A/B tests (hooks, captions, thumbnails); translate data into weekly recommendations; build simple dashboards and a monthly report with highlights, deltas vs. baseline, and next actions.
Your weekly output target (baseline)
- Design:4–6 carousels, 6–8 static posts, 1–2 animated infographics
- Housekeeping:thumbnail variants, SRT files, metadata sheets, publishing calendar maintained and up to date

- Comfort with creator‑side social ops:scheduling, cross‑posting nuances, asset versioning, UTM hygiene, basic SEO.
- Data literacy:you can read retention graphs, build simple Looker Studio/Sheets dashboards, and turn insights into next week’s tests.
- Experience editing for founder/creator brands in finance/business.
- AI‑assisted workflow you actually use, not just name‑drop.
