Arithmostech is searching for a Regulatory Business Partner to drive growth in their Regulatory Consulting unit. This role bridges regulatory strategy with execution, managing complex projects and leading client relationships.

The successful candidate will bring 8-10 years of experience in Life Sciences, with strong expertise in global regulations and proven business development skills. They will enjoy a flexible work environment and opportunities for international growth.

Competenze

• 8–10 years of experience in Life Sciences, ideally in regulatory affairs, consulting, CROs, or pharma/biotech environments.
• Proven experience in client-facing roles and business development.
• Strong expertise in global regulatory frameworks (EMA, FDA, ICH, and other regional requirements).
• Hands-on experience in regulatory strategy, submissions (eCTD), lifecycle management, and health authority interactions.
• Knowledge of GxP requirements and their impact on regulatory compliance.
• Ability to manage complex projects and engage senior stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating teams or project resources.

Job Description

We are seeking a Regulatory Business Partner to support the growth and delivery of consulting services within our Regulatory Consulting business unit for Life Sciences clients.

This role acts as a bridge between regulatory strategy and execution, combining business development, project leadership, and deep regulatory expertise to deliver high‑value consulting engagements.
