Qualifications

• Technical diploma or degree is required or will be considered.
• Experience in the role will be considered a plus.
• Entry-level candidates, including recent graduates, will also be considered.
• Good interpersonal, organizational, and management skills.
• Willingness to travel within Italy (construction sites).

Responsibilities

• Support in the preparation of the work schedule, verifying its feasibility and identifying possible optimizations.
• Support in monitoring the execution of the work schedule in compliance with timelines and required standards.
• Collaboration with the Site Manager to ensure continuity of activities in line with the work schedule.
• Support in workforce management by planning and coordinating the various activities.
• Reporting issues and non-compliance to the Project Manager.
• Support in managing relationships with suppliers, clients, and the Supervising Authority.
