We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead our team at the U.S. Air Base in Aviano, overseeing the execution of key infrastructure projects.

What you’ll do

• Lead and coordinate all on-site construction activities.
• Manage project planning, scheduling, and progress control.
• Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure quality, safety, and timelines.
• Act as the main point of contact with the client and project stakeholders.
• Review and approve change orders, budgets, and technical documentation.
• Monitor project costs, subcontractor payments, and invoicing.
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and regulations.
