Job summary

Randstad Inhouse Bologna Nord è alla ricerca di un ingegnere/impiegato per supportare i test di Conformity of Production (CoP) e la gestione dei veicoli e componenti per i test e gli audit. L’offerta privilegia profili con competenze in ingegneria e capacità di lavorare con diverse funzioni interne ed esterne.

La posizione richiede laurea magistrale in ingegneria, conoscenze nel campo automotive e preferenze per la lingua inglese, con t.plus del tedesco.

Qualifications

• Master ingegneria o titolo equipollente.

Responsibilities

• Supporto nell’esecuzione dei test di Conformity of Production (CoP).
• Coordinare flussi interni di veicoli e componenti per i test CoP.
• Preparare e inviare rapporti annuali CoP su richiesta.
• Assistere per audit esterni e conformità delle prove CoP.
• Supportare nell’organizzazione di test instructions e report.
• Supporto nelle richieste offerte e in preparazione ordini d’acquisto.
• Coordinare conformità dei requisiti di omologazione in produzione di serie.

Mission

Ensure the execution of Conformity of Production tests supporting CoP Engineer, including management of internal cars flow and the handling / shipment of components to external Laboratories.

Responsabilità

Assigned Activities

He / She is responsible for the following activities:

• Support in the implementation of yearly control plan:
  • Plans and requests with involved departments availability of the vehicles and components to be involved during CoP tests.
  • Arranges vehicle and components shipment for CoP scope.
• When requested, supporting CoP Engineer creating annual reports regarding the Conformity of Production; (e.g.: CoP Executive Report).
• Ensure the fulfillment of the requirements for external audits supporting CoP Engineers.
• Supports the departments in the organization of Conformity of Production external audits.
• Supports on the creation of Test Instructions and reports.
• Supporting CoP Engineer in request offers, in the preparation of the sourcings and in the preparation of all documentation needed for purchasing orders (incl. purchasing request creation)
• Supporting CoP Engineer in organize and ensure the fulfillment of homologation requirements in series production (e.g. Visual Inspection).

• Regular alignments with Homologation Department, with Laboratory and with GQ Management

• Suppliers (e.g. test facilities, etc.)
