You will support sales administration for hotel events and work closely with customers to understand their needs. Responsibilities include maximizing event revenue, converting inquiries into sales, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a confident telephone manner, and be proficient in Business English. Experience in a similar role is a plus.
