A global fintech company is seeking a Compliance Specialist to join their team in Milan. The role involves monitoring regulatory provisions, providing consulting services for compliance, and supporting the drafting of policies. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree, strong knowledge of banking processes, and fluency in English and Italian. This position offers a permanent employment contract and a full-time schedule in a dynamic environment.

Your Role

• Monitor regulatory provisions of potential impact for products and systems offered by the Group, and evaluate the effectiveness of identified solutions for compliance with legal/regulatory requirements through impact analysis.
• Provide consulting activities to internal and external clients for the implementation of new products and services in the regulatory field.
• Support the drafting and updating of policies, procedures, and company operating instructions.
• Support in managing relations with customers and external authorities.
• Perform other tasks and duties as the role expands.

Your Skills, Experience, and Qualifications Required

• Master’s degree in law, economics, or an equivalent degree (with honors).
• Good knowledge of banking processes.
