The Quality Compliance Specialist is responsible for supporting the developing , implementing and monitoring the manufacturing site's quality systems and regulatory compliance. This role is expected to understand and influence the implementation of all plant , company and government standards for Food Safety , HACCP , GMPs and regulatory initiatives. This position will support continuous quality improvement in the site by assisting in the execution of internal audit , management of change , corrective & preventive action , customer complaint reporting , validation and calibration programs to improve food safety , regulatory & cGMP compliance at the site. This position assist in delivering Hill's quality training of SOPs and Quality Standards to the site and ensure proper communication to site personnel
