Descrizione del lavoro

Reporting to the Director of Communications for Krause Group and sitting on the Brand Team, the Communications Manager will lead Italian internal and external PR and communication strategies, working closely with Italian Business Leaders of Krause Group Italia, Vietti, Enrico Serafino e Casa di Langa, as well as future brands – with exclusion on Parma Calcio 1913. They will ensure alignment between US Corporate direction and Italy, executing unified communication strategies, ensuring integrated messaging across all communication channel, as well as delivering on tactical items like media tracking, translations and onsite event support to the Group Founder & CEO.

Based in Collecchio - Parma, with flexibility to frequent travel to Piedmont locations.

What You’ll Do
  • Translate and adapt communications for US and Italian teams, ensuring alignment between associates in both regions.
  • Partner with Italian business leaders to support internal updates, announcements, and engagement initiatives. Translate and refine messaging for external press as needed.
  • Draft press releases, media advisories, and briefing documents.
  • Track media coverage, providing insights to refine communication strategies and storytelling approaches, guiding media responses and strategic storytelling initiatives.
  • Identify and pitch compelling stories to Italian and international media to elevate Krause Group’s brands.
  • Cultivate relationships with journalists and industry influencers in hospitality and wine, managing media tours, press interviews, and industry events with Italian business leaders.
  • Prepare the Founder and Executives for media engagements, developing speeches, presentations, and thought leadership content to strengthen the Founder’s public presence.
  • Identify and execute sponsorships, partnerships, and events aligned with Krause Group’s mission and brands.
  • Collaborate with the US-based Director of Communications, Italian business leaders, and the Brand team to ensure integrated messaging across all communication channels.
  • Serve as a communications liaison for Italian business leaders, providing PR support for media engagements, events, and messaging.
What we are looking for
  • Fluency in Italian and English is required - comfortable in both verbal and written translations.
  • Highly flexible and adaptable, ability to respond to rapidly changing priorities and crisis situations in a focused manner.
  • Flexibility to travel to Piedmont Langhe.
  • Experience guiding strategy and execution in domestic and international media and with PR agencies.
  • Writing, editing, and translation skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences.
  • Expertise in crafting compelling storytelling and thought leadership content that aligns with strategic priorities.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of CSR initiatives, with experience aligning communication strategies to these goals.
  • Broad exposure to corporate departments and Executives with an innate understanding of C-suite responsibilities and priorities
  • Can handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
