About the Role

The Communication and Events Manager will drive and manage SCARPA’s global communication initiatives, focusing on building brand equity and awareness through events, PR, partnerships, and cross-category communications.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute global brand campaigns that are not category-specific
  • Manage and activate international events, trade shows, and brand experiences
  • Lead global PR strategy and coordinate relationships with media, agencies, and ambassadors
  • Develop and implement cross-category content strategies in collaboration with creative and digital teams
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all global touchpoints
  • Collaborate with category Marketing Specialists to amplify strategic brand moments
  • Support global partnerships and co-branding projects
  • Monitor brand performance and perception in key global markets
  • Manage and grow a team of brand marketing professionals, ensuring clarity of roles, motivation, and high-quality execution
Qualifications
  • Must-have:
  • 6+ years of experience in brand marketing roles, ideally in outdoor, or mountain.
  • Strong background in event management, PR, and brand communications
  • Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Nice-to-have:
  • Experience in international brand environments
  • Knowledge of sustainability communication practices
  • Familiarity with the outdoor industry and its cultural context
