Commodity Buyer Electric/Electromechanical Components (m/f/d)

Alpitronic is seeking an experienced Commodity Buyer to manage and develop relations with suppliers of electric/electromechanical components.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential suppliers, evaluate capabilities, and select suitable partners.
• Negotiate contracts to secure advantageous terms, conditions, and pricing while ensuring compliance with legal and procurement guidelines.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers, monitor performance against defined metrics, and collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct market analysis and place orders accordingly.

Qualifications & Skills

• 2+ years of experience in a similar purchasing role within the electrical/electromechanical components field.
• Knowledge of the electric components market, technologies, and manufacturing processes.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.
• Fluent English; German and/or Italian a plus.
