The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in program management, strong SQL and Microsoft Excel skills, and excel in communication. This role supports the critical infrastructure of cloud services, ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Analytics
  • Translate basic business problem statements into analysis requirements.
  • Communicate analysis findings and propose changes to business stakeholders.
• Business Intelligence
  • Develop audit and compliance mechanisms to ensure data integrity.
  • Write efficient queries and produce ready‑to‑analyze data.
  • Build visualizations, dashboards, and reports for APAC and global reporting on scope, budget, schedule, resources, quality, and risk.
• Operational Excellence
  • Identify inefficiencies, propose actions, measure success and iterate.
  • Create SOPs to reduce effort on repeating data entries and eliminate blockers.
  • Develop KPI dashboards and report key value drivers.
  • Collaborate with APAC, AMER, and EMEA counterparts for global alignment.
• Plan and execute commissioning projects with a focus on safety, quality, time, and cost, delivering high‑quality builds consistently.

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of program or project management experience.
