A leading engineering service provider in Lombardia is seeking a Commissioning Engineer – Instrumentation to oversee a team of commissioning engineers and ensure project targets are met. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of relevant experience. Strong English communication skills are essential for this role, which offers a contract with an onsite work arrangement.

Competenze

• 8 years of work experience in commissioning or engineering.
• Proven ability to write reports in English.

Job Title: Commissioning Engineer – Instrumentation

Job Type: Contract

Job Responsibilities

• To coordinate a team of specialist commissioning engineers
• Ensure that the Commissioning activities progress safely, efficiently and to the satisfaction of the parties.
• Overall quality of the commissioning activity definition. planning and execution
• Respect of the project targets for commissioning

Key Activities

• Coordinating all the commissioning activities, meeting the planned targets
• Development of commissioning plan and procedures
• Coordinating the commissioning team
• Coordinate contractors and vendors representatives
• Ensure that all contractor representatives are competent and fully knowledgeable of the HSE procedures
• Endorsing official documents, work progress certificates, hand over certificates etc.
• Considerable experience in engineering or technical role
• Providing operations startup support and assistance.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
• Work experience of eight (8) years in the sought discipline after earning the university degree
• Excellent spoken and written English including proven ability to write reports.
