The Relais & Châteaux Castel Fragsburg is sat atop a mountain ledge overlooking Merano in South Tyrol, Italy. Enthroned here since 1624, the exclusive 5-star hotel is located beneath its very own medieval castle. Castel Fragsburg offers only 20 unique suites for up to 50 guests from all over the world.

The Michelin-starred cuisine focuses on regionality, quality, health and excellent service. The love for detail can be seen in the two light‑flooded restaurants and on the panoramic terrace.

In the Alchemistic Healing Spa, the first of its kind in the world, the Fragsburg pampers the guests with unique treatments in cosy rooms with breathtaking views.

  • manage the preparation of the restaurant service together with colleagues, ensuring impeccable service to guests

Qualifications
  • Training in the hotel or restaurant sector
  • Professional experience in the role and, preferably, in high-level gastronomy
  • Good knowledge of German and English
  • Passion for hospitality, autonomy in the role, team spirit, willingness to help colleagues
  • The ideal candidate is an open person, willing to accept new challenges and to continuously develop
